I liked that they let me check in early. My room had a coffee machine. The 27th floor lounge included free coffee. It also had very nice city views.
The carpet in the room needs replacement soon.

I appreciated that the hotel stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The staff was very helpful in directing me to local transportation options. The in-room TV was large and had many channels.
The room I was assigned had a very noisy air conditioning unit. It seemed quite old. The absence of room service was an inconvenience. I had to go out for all meals.
